New times ahead? 

Right now, what's driving your personal aspirations?   Are you fulfilled or stuck?

What is going on in your life right at this moment - are you taking control, taking action or time to dream?

When we start to visualise and/or articulate the outcomes we want then we can start to take small steps of action towards where we want to get to.

So a question for you  "if I knew it was easy and possible, what would I be doing"?

Stuck or flowing? 

What are the key questions for you right now?

What gets you unstuck?  

....... Time on your own,  talking with a trusted confidante, reflecting, journaling, setting out ways forward, setting a goal with a timescale,  taking a walk, analysing the problem, taking action, taking yourself to a new place.  We are all wonderfully individual and you are the expert on you.

Take a step forward today, head in the right direction.....

Future or fear?

Fear stops us from doing so much, the tape in our head...."this could be dangerous, uncomfortable, difficult, may not work, cause me even more stress, I don't have time, it wont work anyway, I've tried it before, what's the point, they wont like me, I'll look stupid, it wont happen to me, I have responsibilites"?

Familiar messages that might play in your head?

Sometimes stopping and thinking for a few short moments about what we want and not letting fear stand before us ( looming TALL!) is a good idea.

What do you want your future to look like?

What today do you want to be part of your future? 

Where is fear getting in the way?  When was the last time you went ahead took courage in your hands and did something you were fearful of and it had a good result! 

Remind yourself today of all the skills you have, of everything you are good at. 

Remind yourself today of achievements you are proud of.

Remind yourself of  the future you want.

When we get clear about what we want, it's the first step on the path to making it happen.

Point of change

Whether the dilemma is "I don't know", too much choice, too few options or feeling trapped, stuck ..... too tired, exhausted, too busy, too confused?

Coaching helps clarify options and creates a plan of steps and actions on how to get there.  It gives you a confidential space and framework to support you think about what's important to you, right now and for the future.

So maybe you know what you want and dont know how to get there? Maybe you know something has to change and you don't know what or how? Maybe you've been trying and hit obstacles, get stuck?

Successful outcomes

Think of a scenario that matters to you right now..... something you want a shift in, something that you want to change, something you want to achieve?

1. What is a good outcome?

2. What does a good outcome look and feel like?  When will you have done it by?

3. Imagine you are feeling very satisfied with your success - what would have happened? Tell the story...

In my experience clarity of what a successful outcome is one of the very first step's, get some clarity - once we get clear - that really helps to accelerate our action?

When we "pause", worry, procrastinate, invest in anxiety or just "get busy" just maybe, sometimes it's because we're not clear on the way forward, not clear on the outcome we want?

Jot a few points down - get clear, look at what a successful outcome would look like?

A great piece of client feedback for me was when a client said - I now "think outcomes for myself".

So whatever you are struggling with or want to achieve or would like to change?  Go the outcome and then think - what will success look and feel like?
