How does it work?

Coaching is a collaborative partnership between you and your coach. As your coach I work one to one with you to help you achieve your career goals and ambitions.

Coaching works to your agenda and the first coaching session will focus on defining exactly what you want to achieve and when; and how you will know when you have achieved success.

Coaching is an ongoing process which provides cumulative results and the length of coaching partnership can last from several months to several years depending on your specific objectives and budget. Everyone who has reached the top of their game, whether business, sport, entertainment or another profession will have reached their peak with the help of good coaches and mentors.  Having regular coaching sessions with someone you know, trust, like and respect can make the difference between flying high with increased energy and confidence, or struggling on in the hope that things will just change by themselves.

One of the greatest challenges of being a corporate leader is dealing with isolation. Coaching with me provides a non-judgmental sounding board to enable you to freely express ideas and concerns, plan new strategies and find creative solutions.
